Welcome to the 2010 edition of the 666 Paranormal Reading Challenge! Personally, I cannot believe that it has been an entire year, but why don’t we celebrate this new year with some spooky, with some strange and unusual?
This challenge will start on January 1, 2010 and run until December 31, 2010.
The Goal
This year, the challenge will change somewhat. It will not be as complicated as it was last year, I promise. I am going to keep the theme of 666, though. This time, I have decided that the 666 will apply to total number of books. Sound good? Here are the levels:
6 Books – Shadow
12 Books – Wraith
18 Books – Ghoul
24 Books – Creature of the Night
So there are four tiers to choose from. No, you do not have to select the one you’d like at the start. If you think you can do all 24 go for it. If you would like to set the goal at 6 and then find you reach 12 at the end of it, that’s awesome.
Rules
- You do not have to have a list of books prior to signing up. If you are like me, you just like to wing it.
- The books must be paranormal or horror, this includes things such as urban fantasy and paranormal romance.
- It can include ebooks and audiobooks.
- It can be a book that you have read before and are rereading because you love it.
- All books have to be started after December 31, 2009.
