Do you have a set reading time (before bed, perhaps)? Do you read more at night or during the day? Is there a day of the week, perhaps, that you set aside to catch up on reading?

I try to read during the day, but day time presents a lot of distraction. There are interruptions, errands, and responsibilities in the day time that aren’t an issue at night time. Reading is a great way to unwind, too, so I like to do it in bed where I can read myself to sleep. Reading is my favorite sit in bed under the covers propped up on pillows activity.

    I try to set my reading time right before bedtime. It is a habit as my folks always made me read for an hour during elementary, junior high, and high school. It is almost automatic, even if I go to bed really late.
